Director of Communications

Wiley is seeking a Director of Communications to join its Marketing Department. The Director of Communications provides the firm with senior communications leadership to elevate and enhance the visibility, reputation and brand of the firm. The Director leads integrated communications campaigns that support the firm’s business development efforts for attorneys and practices. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director advises on a wide range of communications matters, including media campaigns, message development, internal communications, and crisis management. Additionally, the Director of Communications serves as an integral part of the department’s leadership team.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Pre-Law Scholarship

Wiley is pleased to announce the Pre-Law Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion scholarship for 2021, which provides a Project Assistant position with the firm’s paralegal program in addition to reimbursement for LSAT preparation and exam costs (up to $2,500) and a $10,000 scholarship award that can be used to support costs associated with enrollment in a JD program.   *To be considered for this scholarship, candidates must also submit an application for a June 2021 Project Assistant position.

Financial Systems Administrator

Wiley, a leading Washington, DC law firm, is seeking a Financial Systems Administrator for its Information Technology Department.  Under the direction of the Enterprise Applications Manager, the Financial Systems Administrator is responsible for the oversight and administration of the firm’s financial systems.  This position serves as a subject matter expert and provides technical direction and leadership regarding the development and support of all financial systems and products between the Information Technology and Accounting and Finance Departments.  The Financial Systems Administrator is also responsible for the implementation, migration, integration, upgrade and/or testing of any financial system or product within the firm’s financial ecosystem.


Information Governance Manager

Wiley is seeking an Information Governance Manager to join its Information Technology Department.  Under the direction of the Chief Information Security Officer, the Information Governance Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a firmwide information governance and data management strategy.  This includes developing consistent data handling practices, data retention schedules and policies in accordance with the firm’s legal obligations and operational needs, serving as a point of escalation for data quality issues, and working closely with practice groups, firm management, and other administrative departments to improve the quality and value of the firm’s data assets.

Risk Management/Conflicts Assistant

Wiley is seeking a Risk Management/Conflicts Coordinator to join its Risk Management Department. The Risk Management/Conflicts Assistant is responsible for responding to daily requests for preliminary conflicts checks and processing all facets of new business intake requests, including conflicts checking for new clients, new matters, potential new clients of lateral hires, as well as changes and updates to existing representations.  

Senior Systems Engineer

Wiley, a leading Washington, DC law firm, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join its Information Technology Department.  The Senior Systems Engineer serves as an engineering and project lead on the Network Operations team and is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house and cloud-based information systems that support core organizational functions.
