Litigation Special Counsel/Of Counsel

• Attorney for our Washington, DC office to join expanding commercial litigation/international arbitration practice
• At least eight years of research and writing, motions practice, and strategic litigation experience
• Seeking candidates with extensive litigation experience, superior brief writing skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of litigation
• Federal District Court or Circuit Court of Appeals clerkship strongly preferred
• Foreign language proficiency and/or international arbitration experience is a plus
• All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references
• Position title is commensurate with experience and approval of the firm’s Executive Committee



Litigation/White Collar Associate

• 3 – 4 years of experience in civil litigation, False Claims Act matters, White Collar Criminal Defense, Securities Exchange Commission or Commodity Futures Trading Commission defense, and other Government investigations and civil enforcement matters 
• Prior prosecutorial or government investigative experience preferred, but not required
• District clerkship and/or appellate clerkship preferred, but not required
• Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines are sought to assume responsibility in our nationally recognized practice group
