Wiley, a leading Washington, DC law firm, is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join its Legal Talent team.  This position supports the development and implementation of all aspects of legal recruiting on a firmwide basis, including attorney and law student recruiting, and the summer associate program.  The successful candidate will leverage excellent organizational skills and knowledge and understanding of legal recruiting best practices in a highly interactive role to support the firm’s overall recruiting strategy and promote and enhance Wiley’s brand and reputation.

Responsibilities include organizing projects, initiatives, and programs that support firm management. Support for the Managing Partner will include calendar management, coordination and planning of committee meetings, research, drafting communications and providing personal support to the Managing Partner. This person serves as an external and internal ambassador for the firm to clients, outside entities, attorneys and professional staff. The Special Assistant must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and committed to excellence in the workplace.

Technical Support Analyst

Wiley is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join its Information Technology Department. Under the direction of the Senior Technical Support Manager, the Technical Support Analyst provides troubleshooting assistance to attorneys and staff for software, network, and hardware issues.  The Technical Support Analyst possesses a strong understanding of the firm’s core applications and systems and uses the firm’s ticketing system to log calls, maintain records, and research and document resolutions.
