Litigation Associate
  • Junior associate to join Wiley’s Litigation practice in our Washington, D.C office
  • Candidates should have two to three years of litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and responding to discovery requests, conducting legal research, and participating in and ideally managing document collection and review efforts. 
  • Associate will work on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters for a nationwide mix of clients, in a warm and supportive firm environment. 
  • Associate will interact directly with partners and clients with the goal of taking on increasing responsibility and building the skills necessary to manage complex cases independently. 
  • Candidates should have strong academic credentials and professional references. 
  • Law review, clerkship experience, and/or prior law firm experience are strongly preferred.
